Welcome to The RUSSC!The RUSSC is a premier source of entertainment in the South East - operating within a safe, friendly environment. We host live entertainment every weekend in our well-appointed function suite, which comfortably seats 250 on split levels - whilst also benefiting from a large sprung dance floor. Members and non-members are welcomed to live entertainment events on paying the relevant ticket price on the door. Details of forthcoming artistes can be found on our Entertainment page, accessible here, or from the What's On? drop-down menu above. Much of Friday and Saturday nights' entertainment is booked through to the end of April 2012! We are pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to purchase tickets for the ABBA Tribute Night on Friday 24 February 2012 (details below) at the RUSSC from the comfort of your computer! Simply make your selection(s) below and you will be able to pay securely online for your tickets via PayPal (either through your PayPal account or with a credit/debit card). There is a small administration charge of 50p per ticket ordered online. Once you have made your selection you will be able to choose how many tickets you would like after clicking the "Add to Cart" button. We will then send you an email confimation which you should print and bring with you to the RUSSC when attending the event. 
NB. When you check out, you will be asked to enter Membership No.'s in respect of any tickets you are purchasing on behalf of Members. If you are attending an event where Members' tickets are discounted; Members must produce their Membership card on the evening of the event. If they are unable to prove their Membership status, they will be required to pay the balance, i.e., the price differential, on the door. Thank you. Tickets currently available for sale online: 
We are proud to introduce a new series of Psychic Sundays (The Living Spirit) to the RUSSC, in association with Le Monde Nouveau. Our first of a number of weekly events takes place on Sunday 5 February with Natalie J Vickery. Full details of the Psychic Sundays we have planned over the next couple of months can be found under the respective dates on our Entertainment page. Last year saw us bring the "Big Band" sound to the RUSSC in association with Swingalls. In October, our first of regular monthly events featured The Jeff Short Big Swing Dance Band. Their continued success has meant that we've had to keep bringing them back and their next visit is a "Valentine's Special" on Friday 17 February. The clickable flyer to the right opens in a new window giving full details and is printable should you wish to show it to someone who doesn't have internet access. Our first featured band - who had us dancing to a diverse selection of music such as that of Glenn Miller, Arti Shaw and 'The Rat Pack' - can be previewed here: The Jeff Short Big Swing Dance Band. If you would like to consider hosting your function at the RUSSC, you may find the following short video of interest, as it gives an idea of the facilities we have on offer. Also, we have started up again the ever popular bingo type game of OY! Plus, we have brought back an old favourite in OPEN THE BOX! The jackpot currently stands at £408. If you're a member of the Club and are looking to celebrate a special occasion - rather than go to the expense of hiring external premises and the cost of laying on entertainment - why not bring your party to the RUSSC? We can accommodate a group of up to 100 of a member's guests on a Friday or Saturday evening with each guest paying just £3.00 entrance fee. We have a large car park at the rear of the premises. There is also an external smoking terrace, complemented by a patio heater in the winter, conveniently situated between the two bars.  For a very reasonable annual fee, members enjoy a subsidised bar - with guest cask ales; four full-sized snooker tables; darts; cribbage; television lounge (with Sky Sports); food from our in-house catering team, together with reduced admittance costs to weekend entertainment. We have a very active darts team who are presently looking for new members to join.
